This policy covers how iGearList.com treats personal information that we collect and receive. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, email address, or phone number. iGearList.com may update this policy. Your User account is password protected. User agrees to keep his or her password confidential and to notify iGearList within 24 hours of any breach of this Contract or unauthorized use of the password. iGearList does not protect User from unauthorized use of User's password.

- Information we Store iGearList stores information and data pertaining to classified ads, user names, user email addresses, comments posted to our blog, and email correspondence that we receive or transmit pertaining to our services.
- Disclosure of Information iGearList will only disclose user information if disclosure of such information is required to satisfy a subpoena or in order to enforce our Terms of Use. iGearList collects personal information when you register to place an ad, and/or when you sign up for the Newsletter. When you register we ask for information such as a user name and email address. As a part of ad placement you have the option of using a phone number so that buyers may contact you. When you sign up for our newsletter, we ask for your name and email address. Therefore, once you register with iGearList, and/or for the iGearList newsletter you are not anonymous to us.
Cookies may be used on our site. Users may optionally use a cookie to remember their password in order to automatically log in to our site. We do not and will not use cookies to collect private information from any user. Additionally, iGearList automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, the cookie information, and log information.
